NFL- Richard Sherman Interview (Q-1)
After the Seattle Seahawks picked up a win against the San Francisco with a score of 17 to 23 ESPN had a chance to interview Richard Sherman. Richard Sherman is the Seattle Seahawks starting corner back. Sherman wears jersey number 25. The interview that was with Richard Sherman represents the whole Seattle team. Sherman’s interview was disrespectful, rude and just plain un-professional. Sherman's interview just displays how little class he has. Sherman repeatedly bad talked and disrespected San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree. Crabtree wears the jersey number 15 and also represents his team. Crabtree showed sportsmanship and class during and after the game. Crabtree held his head high after losing in the last round of the playoffs while Sherman repeatedly talked down his game. Sherman said "I was making sure everybody knew Crabtree was a mediocre receiver." He also continued to say "And when you try the best corner in the game with a mediocre receiver that's what happens." After Sherman’s interview Crabtree tweeted, "Film don't lie... @nflnetwork @espn pull up the tape of that game and show me where this guy is the best? #fake #fake #fake". Crabtree also said "We just couldn't capitalize. Sherman made a good play. That's probably the only play he made all game." Sherman did not like that comment and retaliated. Sherman says that the two players dislike for each other started back in the off season. Sherman did not go into any further details about the situation. Sherman did make the statement, "He said something personal face to face. He knows what he said and he knows I'm going to be tough on him the rest of his career." Richard Sherman and the rest of the Seattle Seahawks will have to practice hard to get ready for the Broncos in the Super Bowl.
